What you can do with Discord

Just a webhook

Paste a Discord webhook URL into the form, with nothing to set on the Modules screen.

A named feed

Messages are posted under the Feed Name you enter, such as Website leads.

Answers filled in

Pick fields from Tags and each tag is swapped for the answer on submit.

Form name included

Type #form_title in the message to say which form was sent.

A channel per form

Each form keeps its own webhook, so every form can post somewhere different.

Entry kept on site

The entry is stored before the message is posted to Discord.
