What you can do with Slack

Slack is set up inside each form, and the Modules screen only switches it on.

Answers in the message

Pick a field from Tags and its #field_id tag is replaced with the answer.

Sender from the entry

Set Bot Name to a form field, such as the visitor’s name, to show who wrote in.

Your choice of emoji

Slack Emoji sets the icon sent with the post.

Different place per form

Each form has its own Slack URL, so different forms can post to different places.

Saved before posting

The entry is stored on your site before the message goes to Slack.
