FAQ

Questions, answered

Still wondering about Payments? The documentation covers every setting, and we are happy to help.

Can I refund a payment?

Yes, for Stripe, PayPal, Mollie and Paystack. Open the payment in Hash Form > Payments and refund all of it or part.

Can I sell WooCommerce products?

Yes. The Product field lists your WooCommerce products when WooCommerce is active.

Where do I see payments?

Hash Form > Payments lists every transaction with its customer, amount, gateway and status.

Can a discount be changed in the browser?

No. Every discount is priced on the server, so nothing the browser does can change the amount charged.

Is the payment form protected against card testing?

Yes. Where the card is entered on your site (Square, Authorize.Net, Braintree and 2Checkout), failed attempts are limited to 5 per entry and 10 per visitor within an hour, then card payments pause. Visitors are counted by a hashed address, so no IP address is stored.
