Send each submission as JSON to an endpoint you choose, such as Zapier, Make, n8n or your own app. Add a signing secret and the receiver can check the entry came from your site.

Set in each form
Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on Webhook and click Save.
In the form’s Productivity settings, turn on Enable Webhook and paste the Endpoint URL.
Pick POST or PUT and add a Signing Secret so the receiver can verify each request.

An object with entry_id, form_id, form_name, submitted_at, site and fields. Each field has an id, label, type and value.
Compute an HMAC SHA-256 of the raw body with your Signing Secret and compare it to the X-HashForm-Signature header, which starts with sha256=.
