No stored access token

The refresh token is exchanged for a fresh access token on each send, and that token is not saved.
How it works

Set up Zoho CRM in three steps

Enable Zoho CRM

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on Zoho CRM and click Save.

Add your credentials

In its cog, enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token and Data Centre.

Map the form

In the form’s CRM settings, turn on Send entries to Zoho CRM and pick the fields.

Where do I get the refresh token?

From a Self Client in the Zoho API console, with the ZohoCRM.modules.leads.CREATE scope. Paste it into Refresh Token.

Which data centre should I choose?

The domain the Zoho account signs in on. A token issued in one data centre will not work in another.

Does a Zoho error stop the form?

No. The entry is saved first, and if Zoho CRM refuses the lead the submission still completes.
