A contact per entry

Each submission with a valid email creates a new contact in Freshsales.

Email checked first

An entry with no valid email address is not sent, so no contact is created without one.

First and last name

The mapped name is split at the first space into first name and last name.

Mobile number

The mapped phone field is saved as the contact’s mobile number.

Paste the full address

Type the bundle alias or paste acme.myfreshworks.com, and only the alias is kept.

No empty values

Anything left blank in the entry is left out of the contact rather than sent empty.

How it works

Set up Freshsales in three steps

Enable Freshsales

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on Freshsales and click Save.

Add your key

In its cog, enter the API Key and Bundle Alias, then click Save Settings.

Map the form

In the form’s CRM settings, turn on Send entries to Freshsales and pick the fields.

What is the bundle alias?

The first part of your Freshsales address, for example acme from acme.myfreshworks.com.

Why was an entry not sent?

Freshsales contacts need an email address. An entry with no valid email in the mapped Email field is skipped.

Can the same form also send to Zoho CRM or Pipedrive?

Yes. Each CRM has its own switch in the form’s CRM settings, and they share one field mapping.
