Hash Form Pro

Send every entry to a Google Sheet

Each submission is added as a new row in the sheet you choose, with form fields matched to the columns in its header row. Connect your Google account once, then set the spreadsheet in each form.

What you get

What you can do with Google Sheets

A row per entry

Each submission is appended to the sheet as a new row.

Mapped to your headers

Row 1 of the sheet sets the columns, and you pick a form field for each one.

Skip any column

Leave a column on — Do not map — and it stays blank in new rows.

Any worksheet tab

Enter the exact tab name in Sheet Name to write to that worksheet.

Choices in one cell

Answers with several values, such as checkboxes, go into one cell separated by commas.

Stays connected

An expired Google access token is refreshed automatically when an entry is sent.
How it works

Set up Google Sheets in three steps

01

Enable Google Sheet

In Hash Form > Modules, switch on Google Sheet, then add the Client ID and Client Secret in its cog.

02

Authorize your account

Add the Redirect URI shown to Google Cloud Console, save, reopen the cog and click Authorize.

03

Map the sheet

In the form’s Productivity settings, enter the Spreadsheet ID and Sheet Name, save, then map each column.

Which columns can I fill?
