What you get

Subscribers straight from your forms

Switch on per form

Each service has its own Enable toggle in a form’s Email Campaign settings.

Lists from your account

Most services fill the list menu from your own account when you open a form’s settings.

Match your fields

The Email box lists only Email fields, and names or phone numbers map to any other field.

Several services at once

Turn on more than one service in a form and each submission is sent to every one of them.

Entry saved first

A submission is stored under Entries before anything is sent to a service.

Keys stay hidden

A saved API key is never printed back into the settings popup.
How it works

01

Turn on a service

Under Hash Form > Modules, switch on the service you use and click Save.

02

Add your key

Click the cog next to it, enter the key it asks for and click Save Settings.

03

Set up a form

In the form’s Settings tab, open Email Campaign, turn the service on and match your fields.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still wondering about email marketing? The documentation covers every setting, and we are happy to help.

Where do I pick the list?

In each form’s Settings tab, under Email Campaign. Every form keeps its own list and field choices.

Can one form send to two services?

Yes. Turn on each service in that form’s Email Campaign settings and a submission is sent to each one.

What if the email field is left empty?

Nothing is sent for that entry. A contact is only sent when the matched Email field has a value.

What if I haven’t added a key yet?

The form’s Email Campaign settings show a Not Set Properly! notice for that service instead of its options.
