The Email box offers only the Email fields on your form.

Add your API key, switch Salesflare on in a form and match the fields.
How it works

Set up Salesflare in three steps

Turn on Salesflare

Under Hash Form > Modules, switch on Salesflare and click Save.

Add your API key

Click the cog, enter your API Key and click Save Settings.

Match the fields

In the form’s Settings tab, open Email Campaign, turn on Enable Salesflare and match fields.

Which details can I send?

Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Country, City, State, Street and Zip, each matched to a form field.

Do I choose a list?

No. Salesflare has no list setting in Hash Form, so each submission is simply sent as a contact.
