Say what the form is for and the draft appears in Form Preview, ready to name and save.

Refine in conversation

Ask for changes in the same conversation; the AI is told to send back the full updated form.

How it works

Up and running in three steps

Turn on a module

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on an AI service and click Save.

Add the API key

Paste the key in the module’s settings popup, or on the AI Form screen with Save Key.

Describe your form

Open Hash Form > AI Form, choose the AI service and describe the form you need.

Do I need my own API key?

Yes. Each AI module uses the API key you add for that service. Without one, the AI Form screen asks for a key before you can send a message.

What if no AI service has a key when I use the formula assistant?

The assistant falls back to a model that runs in your browser. The first use downloads about 3 GB and needs a browser with WebGPU.

Is a generated form saved straight away?

No. The draft stays in Form Preview until you name it and click Save Form. A link then opens it in the form builder.

Can I change which model a service uses?

Not from a screen. Each service has a default model, and developers can change it with the hashform_ai_model filter.
