Buyers are sent to Mollie’s checkout and back. On return Hash Form asks Mollie how the payment went, so payments are confirmed even when Mollie can’t reach your site.

What you set up

  • Mollie checkout
    The buyer pays on the checkout page Mollie returns for the payment.
  • Checked on return
    The status is fetched from Mollie as soon as the buyer comes back.
  • Webhook sent for you
    On a public site, each payment tells Mollie where to send its updates.

There is no webhook to paste into Mollie.

One key per mode

Mollie needs only a Test API Key or a Live API Key.

Works on local sites

A local or private address isn’t sent as the webhook, so the checkout still opens.

Amount checked

A paid status only counts when the amount and currency match the payment on record.

Processing shown

If Mollie hasn’t settled a payment yet, the buyer’s receipt shows it as processing.

Full or partial refunds

Refund all or part of a Mollie payment from Hash Form > Payments.

Re-check with gateway

Ask Mollie for a payment’s current status from its page in Hash Form > Payments.
How it works

Set up Mollie in three steps

Switch on Mollie

Turn on the Mollie module under Hash Form > Modules and click Save.

Add an API key

Open the cog, choose a mode and paste the matching API key.

Add the field

Set the currency and amount in Payment Settings, then add a Payment field.

Do I need to add a webhook in Mollie?

No. The webhook address is sent with each payment, and payments are also confirmed when the buyer returns.

Can I test Mollie on a local site?

Yes. Choose Test Mode. A local address isn’t sent as a webhook, and the payment is confirmed on return.

Can I refund from WordPress?

Yes. Open the payment in Hash Form > Payments and refund the full amount or part of it.
