What is the difference between yearly and lifetime?
Both give you every Pro feature on the number of sites your plan covers. A yearly subscription renews each year and keeps updates and support active while it does. A lifetime license is paid once and never expires, and includes one year of updates and support that you can renew whenever you like.
What happens when a yearly license expires?
Hash Form Pro keeps working on your sites. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew, and the License screen shows a reminder.
Do bigger plans include more features?
No. Every plan includes every Pro feature and all 73 modules. Plans differ only by the number of sites you can activate the license on.
Do I need the free Hash Form plugin?
Yes. Hash Form Pro extends the free plugin rather than replacing it, so Hash Form must stay installed and active. Your forms, styles and entries carry straight over.
How do I move my license to another site?
Deactivate the key on the License screen of the old site, then activate it on the new one.
How are Pro updates delivered?
Once your license is active, updates arrive through the WordPress updates screen like any other plugin, automatic updates included. The license status is re-checked daily, so a renewal is picked up on its own.
