Pick any form from your ConvertKit account in the List menu.

Subscribe on submit

The matched email and first name are subscribed through that ConvertKit form.

The form options only appear once both the API Key and API Secret are saved.
How it works

Set up ConvertKit in three steps

Turn on ConvertKit

Under Hash Form > Modules, switch on ConvertKit and click Save.

Add key and secret

Click the cog, enter the API Key and API Secret, then click Save Settings.

Choose a form

In the form’s Settings tab, open Email Campaign, turn on Enable ConvertKit and pick from List.
