Hash Form Pro stopped getting updates. What should I check?
Open Hash Form > License. Updates are delivered while the license is active; an expired yearly license keeps Pro working but stops updates and support until you renew.
How do I move my license to a new site?
Deactivate the key on the License screen of the old site, then activate it on the new one.
Does Hash Form Pro need the free plugin?
Yes. Pro extends Hash Form, so the free plugin must stay installed and active.
