What you get

Entries where your team already works

Rows in Google Sheets

Append each entry as a new row, with form fields matched to the sheet’s header row.

Google Calendar events

Create an event with start, end, title and description taken from form fields.

Answers in messages

Slack, Discord and Telegram messages use tags that fill in the visitor’s answers.

JSON to any URL

Set per form

Every integration has its own switch in each form, so forms can go to different places.
How it works

Up and running in three steps

01

Enable the module

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on the integration and click Save.

02

Connect if asked

Google and WhatsApp take keys in the module’s cog; the rest need nothing there.

03

Set up the form

In the form’s Settings tab, choose Productivity, turn the integration on and save.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still wondering about productivity? The documentation covers every setting, and we are happy to help.

Can one form send to several tools?

Yes. Each integration has its own switch in the form’s Productivity settings, and you can turn on as many as you need.

Where do webhook URLs and bot tokens go?

In the form itself. Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Mattermost, Telegram and Webhook are set up per form, so each form can post somewhere different.

Is an entry lost if a service is down?

No. The entry is saved on your site before anything is sent, so it stays in Entries even if a send fails.
