A failed post fires the hashform_integration_failed action, and the entry is kept.
How it works

Set up Mattermost in three steps

Enable Mattermost

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on Mattermost and click Save.

Create the webhook

In Mattermost, open Integrations, Incoming Webhooks and copy the new URL.

Set up the form

In the form’s Productivity settings, turn on Enable Mattermost, paste the URL and write the Message.

Do I have to set a channel?

No. Leave Channel empty and the message goes to the channel the webhook was made for.

Why is my Posting Name not shown?

The Mattermost server has to allow overrides for a custom posting name to apply.

Can I use a self-hosted server?

Yes. Any http or https Webhook URL is accepted, including an address on a private network.
