Message card format

Each entry is posted as a message card with a title and a body.

Your card title

Give the card a heading, such as New quote request, in Card Title.

Summary included

The title doubles as the card summary, or New form entry if the title is empty.

Write the message over several lines and the breaks stay in the card.

URL checked

A Webhook URL that is not a valid http or https address is caught before sending.

Entry saved first

The entry is stored on your site before the card is posted to Teams.
How it works

Set up Microsoft Teams in three steps

Enable Microsoft Teams

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on Microsoft Teams and click Save.

Get a webhook URL

Create one from the channel’s Workflows or Incoming Webhook connector.

Write the card

In the form’s Productivity settings, turn on Enable Microsoft Teams and add the URL, title and message.

Where does the Webhook URL come from?

From the channel’s Workflows or Incoming Webhook connector in Teams. Paste it into the form’s Microsoft Teams settings.

What if Card Title is left empty?

The card is sent without a heading, and its summary reads New form entry.

Is anything set on the Modules screen?

Only the switch. The webhook, card title and message are all set inside each form.
