FAQ

Questions, answered

Still wondering about Postmark? The documentation covers every setting, and we are happy to help.

Which stream does mail use?

The one in Message Stream. Left empty, messages go to outbound.

Will Postmark send if SendGrid or Mailgun is also set up?

No. Only one provider sends, and a set-up SendGrid or Mailgun comes before Postmark.

What happens if Postmark refuses a message?

wp_mail returns false and wp_mail_failed fires with Postmark’s message, and it isn’t resent through the web server.
