How it works

Set up hCaptcha in three steps

Turn on hCaptcha

Switch on hCaptcha under Hash Form > Modules and click Save.

Enter your keys

Open the hCaptcha cog, add the Site Key and Secret Key, and click Save Settings.

Drop in the field

Drag hCaptcha onto the form, then set Captcha Size and Captcha Theme.

Does hCaptcha need Hash Form Pro?

Yes. The hCaptcha field and module are part of Hash Form Pro.

What if the module is switched off later?

The field stops appearing and no longer blocks submissions, so the form is unprotected until you switch it back on.

Where do I set the error message?

In the field’s Invalid Format option. Left empty, the site’s default captcha message is used.
