What you can do with Google Drive

OAuth connection

Add a Client ID and Client Secret, then click Authorize to connect your Google account.

Redirect URI ready

The settings popup shows the Redirect URI to add to your Google Cloud Console.

Per-form switch

Turn on Enable Google Drive only in the forms whose uploads should go to Drive.

Share by link

A per-form option makes each uploaded file viewable by anyone who has its link.

Optional local copy

Keep files on your server as well by turning on Enable Local Storage.

Clear setup state

Until Drive is connected, the form’s File Storage panel says it isn’t set up properly.
How it works

Set up Google Drive in three steps

Turn on Google Drive

Switch on Google Drive under Hash Form > Modules and click Save.

Connect your account

In the settings popup, save the Client ID and Client Secret, then click Authorize.

Enable per form

In the form builder, open Settings > File Storage and turn on Enable Google Drive.

Are files still kept on my site?

Only if you choose. With Google Drive on for a form, files are kept locally when Enable Local Storage is also on.

Where do I find the link to a file?

In the entry. The upload field stores the Google Drive view link for each copied file.

What if an upload to Drive fails?

That file is skipped for Drive, and the error is written to the debug log when WordPress logging is on.
