Messages come from the bot whose token you enter, through the Telegram Bot API.

Tags in the Message are replaced with the visitor’s answers when the form is sent.

Add #form_title and the message says which form the entry came from.

Switch the module on, and everything else is set inside the form.
How it works

Set up Telegram in three steps

Enable Telegram

Go to Hash Form > Modules, switch on Telegram and click Save.

Have a bot ready

Keep your bot’s token and the chat ID of the channel or group to hand.

Set up the form

In Productivity settings, turn on Enable Telegram, add the Bot Token and chat ID, and write the Message.

Where do the bot token and chat ID go?

In each form’s Telegram settings, under Bot Token and Default Channel/Group Chat ID.

Can different forms message different chats?

Yes. Each form has its own Bot Token and chat ID.

Can the message include answers?

Yes. Pick fields from Tags by the Message label, and each tag is replaced with the answer.
